Identity Verification: All customers must complete a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process before service activation.
Documentation: You agree to provide accurate business registration, identity proof, and any other documentation required by regulatory authorities or our payment partners.
2. Prohibited Usage & Anti-Spam
No Illegal Robocalling: The use of our infrastructure for unauthorized, illegal, or automated robocalling is strictly prohibited.
No Spam Traffic: Customers are prohibited from sending spam traffic, including unsolicited bulk messages or fraudulent calls.
Compliance Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring their traffic complies with the laws of both the originating and terminating countries.
3. Service Suspension & Termination
Suspension Rights: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without notice if we detect illegal activity, spam, or a breach of these terms.
Fraudulent Activity: Any account involved in fraudulent telecommunications practices will be terminated immediately, and no refunds will be issued for remaining balances.
4. Billing, Disputes & Chargebacks
Billing Disputes: Any discrepancies or disputes regarding invoices must be reported to help@inclays.com within 7 days of the transaction or invoice date.
Chargeback Fraud Handling: We take chargeback fraud seriously. Any customer who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently blacklisted, and their details may be reported to relevant credit and regulatory agencies.
Currency: All billing is conducted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Inclays Channel Partner Private Limited acts as an aggregator and service provider. We are not liable for any third-party service interruptions or legal consequences arising from the customer's use of our provided DID, VoIP, or SIP trunking services.
