• Taxes: For clients based in India, GST will be applicable as per local regulations; however, international clients are responsible for any local taxes or duties in their respective jurisdictions.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: Clients may cancel services by providing written notice as per their specific Master Service Agreement (MSA).

• Refunds: Due to the nature of telecommunications and server-based services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been provisioned, unless otherwise stated in a specific service contract.
