Refunds & Cancellations

Clear guidelines to help you manage refunds and cancellations with ease.

At Inclays Channel Partner Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality telecommunications, cloud hosting, and IT-enabled services. Due to the nature of digital provisioning and infrastructure allocation, the following policy applies to all cancellations and refund requests.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Termination: Clients may request the cancellation of recurring services (such as VPS hosting, dedicated servers, or SaaS subscriptions) by providing written notice to help@inclays.com.

  • Renewal Rule: Monthly recurring services must be cancelled before the renewal date to avoid charges for the subsequent billing cycle.

  • Notice Period: Unless otherwise specified in your Master Service Agreement (MSA), a notice period of 30 days is generally required for the termination of managed services.

  • Impact of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, access to the specific digital platforms, telecom tools, or hosting environments will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

  • Provisioning Rule: Digital and telecom services are strictly non-refundable once they have been provisioned.

  • Setup Fees: Any one-time setup fees for VoIP architecture, server configuration, or software customization are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

  • Service Specifics: Refunds are not provided for services that have already been activated, including DID numbers, SIP trunking, and cloud-based subscriptions.

  • Digital Products: Payments for digital licenses, antivirus software, and security solutions are non-refundable once the license key has been issued.

3. Usage & Suspension

  • Fraud/Spam Policy: Any accounts found engaging in fraud, spam, or unauthorized usage (such as illegal robocalling or spoofing) will be subject to immediate suspension without a refund.

4. International Transactions

  • Currency: All refunds, if approved due to billing errors, will be processed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Processing Fees: International payment gateway fees and currency conversion charges incurred during the initial transaction are non-refundable.
